Mmmm . . .

Do you have one of these? It’s an apple peeler, corer, slicer. Yes, you heard me right. It's amazing! I just used mine for the first time last week to make apple crisp and it was so great. If you ever make apple pie or apple crisp, it will save you a lot of time!

Caramel Apple Crisp

10 cups thinly sliced apples
½ cup brown sugar
2 Tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ cup caramel syrup

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Mix the sugar, flour, cinnamon, and caramel syrup with the apples and place in a 9x13 inch pan.

Mix together:
1 cup flour
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup oats

Stir in ½ cup of butter and mix well. Crumble evenly over the apple mixture. Bake for 45-60 minutes, or until apples reach desired doneness.
