Many of our friends are starting to have babies, so I wanted to try making some personalized baby presents. My first project is this little hand-stitched elephant onesie. I'm going to pair it with some other baby essentials.

I LOVE it! How did you attach the elephant? This is sure a lucky baby to get such an amazing, handmade present nice job Ailie!
This was my first attempt and I just hand-stitched the elephant on without attaching it in any other way. We'll see how it stays on. :S I am working on some other onesies where I used some iron on "fusible stabilizer" first and then stitched around it.
