Christmas Tree Lane

Our friends had a Christmas party this last Saturday night, and it was absolutely amazing! They had their house decorated beautifully complete with a 14 foot Christmas tree. The food was delicious, from the pasta dinner to the plethora of Christmas goodies. There was even a Christmas concert presented by a local middle school!
And, to top it all off, they live on a historic street in Altadena called "Christmas Tree Lane." Every year they light all the trees lining the street. So, we were there for the lighting of the trees. Luke was holding our friend's little boy Adam as they did the countdown, "10 . . . 9 . . . 8 . . . 7 . . . 6 . . . 5 . . . 4 . . . 3 . . . 2 . . . 1 . . ." and then the lights came on. Adam was so impressed he said, "Again! Again!"
